Propelled by Randall Reilly is partnering with a prominent organization in the search for an experienced Construction & Forestry General Manager to lead operations in their metro Nashville market. This role involves full responsibility for managing sales, parts, and service while overseeing total branch operations.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Experience in direct sales to end customers in a retail or related environment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting sales and operational targets.
- Prior experience in heavy equipment sales or service is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement highly strategic plans to maximize profitability and operational efficiency while achieving branch and regional goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, reviewing and approving equipment sales to ensure alignment with branch targets.
- Meet with key customers and assist sales representatives in preparing and presenting proposals to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze and control branch expenditures to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior customer service and ensure operational excellence. Help guide and grow the team to continue success in location operations
- Building and maintaining a strong presence in the community, with emphasis on community events, recruitment. Fostering and building strategic relationships that drive brand value and business objectives
